This sheng style pu-erh is picked from ancient tea plants high in the Jing Mai mountains. The leaf is lightly roasted bringing out a gentle honey-like fragrance, mellow flavor with notes of roasted sugarcane. (contains caffeine)
Steeping Instructions Pre-rinse the leaves with 175(F) degree water for 20-30 seconds. Discard water then steep for 1-2 minutes with 175(F) degree water. Enjoy 5+ infusions.
